Setting Up Your Influencer Profile

Optimize your profile to attract more artists and opportunities.

Choosing Your Role

During sign-up, you'll choose one of three roles:

  • Influencer — Promote music on social media (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
  • Curator — Place and review music on playlists, blogs, and review platforms
  • Both — Offer social media promotion and curator placements

Your role determines which onboarding steps you see and what appears on your profile. You can always add curator channels later from SettingsCurator Channels.

Chose "Curator" or "Both"? See our Curator Guide for channel setup and curator-specific workflows.

How the Most Booked Ranking Works

Artists see influencers sorted by "Most Booked" by default:

  • 40% - Total completed campaigns
  • 30% - Average rating (requires 3+ reviews)
  • 30% - Recent activity (work in last 90 days)

Building a strong track record helps you appear higher in search results.

Setting Up Payments

Important: You must set up Stripe Connect to receive payments.

  1. Go to SettingsPayments
  2. Click "Connect Stripe Account"
  3. Complete Stripe's verification (ID, bank account)
  4. Wait for verification (usually 1-2 business days)

If you selected "Curator" or "Both" during sign-up (or want to add curation later):

  1. Go to SettingsCurator Channels
  2. Add your playlists, blogs, or review platforms
  3. Set pricing ($2-$5 per channel) and genre tags

Your curator channels appear on your profile alongside your social media platforms. For full details, see Setting Up Channels.
