Using Book Influencers

  1. Navigate to "Book Influencers" in your Artist Dashboard
  2. Influencers are sorted by "Most Booked" by default
  3. View detailed profiles including:
    • Follower count and engagement rates
    • Previous work samples
    • Ratings from other artists
    • Platform availability and pricing

Most Booked Sorting

The "Most Booked" algorithm ranks influencers based on:

  • 40% - Total completed campaigns
  • 30% - Average rating (requires 3+ reviews)
  • 30% - Recent activity (completed work in last 90 days)

This helps you find proven, reliable influencers who deliver results.

Filtering Your Search

Use filters to narrow down your options:

  • Platform - TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, etc.
  • Follower Range - Micro to mega influencers
  • Genre/Niche - Music types they typically promote
  • Price Range - Filter by your budget

Quick Filters

  • Most Recent - Newest influencers
  • Highest Budget - Premium creators
  • Most Booked - Most experienced (default)

Evaluating Influencers

What to Look For

  • Engagement Rate - High engagement often matters more than follower count
  • Content Quality - Do their videos look professional?
  • Audience Fit - Does their audience match your target listeners?
  • Previous Work - Have they promoted similar music before?
  • Rating & Reviews - What do other artists say?
  • Average Accepted Offer - What they typically accept for each platform

Reading Reviews

Check ratings and reviews from other artists for:

  • Overall satisfaction rating
  • Communication quality
  • Content delivery time
  • Content quality

Book Now vs. Campaign Offers

Book Now (Direct Booking)

Skip the offer process and book directly:

  1. Click "Book Now" on an influencer's profile
  2. Select platforms you want
  3. Set offer amounts per platform (check their average accepted offer for guidance)
  4. Add optional message

How payment works:

  • A payment authorization hold is created (not charged yet)
  • If influencer accepts: Hold is captured (you're charged)
  • If influencer declines or you cancel: Hold is released (no charge)

Post a campaign and let influencers come to you:

  • Receive personalized offers
  • Compare multiple influencers
  • Influencers pitch their ideas and rates
  • You choose who to work with
