Managing Offers & Bookings

Learn how to handle incoming offers and manage your active bookings.

Understanding Offers

When influencers apply to your campaign, you'll receive offers containing:

  • Their proposed rate for each platform
  • A personalized message about how they'll promote your song
  • Their social media stats and follower counts
  • Previous work examples and ratings
  • Curator channels (if applicable) — playlists, blogs, or review platforms with fixed pricing shown in violet-themed badges

Reviewing Offers

Finding Your Offers

  1. Go to your Dashboard
  2. Look for offers in "Needs Attention"
  3. Or click on your active campaign to see all offers

Evaluating Each Offer

Consider these factors:

  • Rate vs. Value - Is the price fair for their reach and engagement?
  • Creative Approach - Do they have interesting ideas?
  • Profile Quality - Check their portfolio and reviews
  • Platform Match - Are they strong on the platforms you need?

Campaign Autopilot

If Campaign Autopilot is on for a campaign (it's on by default for new campaigns), qualifying offers — priced at or below the rates you set for each platform — are accepted automatically up to your Autopilot budget. That means you may see fewer offers waiting in "Needs Attention," since the strongest, fairly-priced ones are already handled. You'll still see everything in your campaign's offer list, and you'll get an email summary each time Autopilot accepts on your behalf.

Curator channel offers are never auto-accepted — those always land in your queue for manual review. You can turn Autopilot off or adjust its budget anytime from the campaign details drawer on your Artist Dashboard. See Creating Your First Campaign for more on how it works.

New to SpaceLoud? Autopilot starts on for every new campaign with a $250 budget already filled in, so it's worth checking the campaign details drawer right after you create a campaign if you'd rather review every offer yourself. Each Autopilot acceptance is a real charge to your payment method — see Charges You Don't Recognize if a charge on your statement doesn't match an offer you remember accepting.

Can I Cancel an Offer After Accepting It?

Once an offer is accepted — whether you clicked "Accept" yourself or Autopilot accepted it for you — payment has already been charged into escrow and the influencer may begin work right away, so there's no self-serve "cancel" button. If you have a legitimate reason to cancel (for example, the influencer's profile turns out to be fake, or you accepted by mistake and no work has started yet), email hello@spaceloud.com right away with the offer or campaign name. Cancellations are reviewed case by case and are far more likely to be approved before the influencer has posted anything.

An offer that's still pending — sent by you as a counter-offer, or sent to you by an influencer and not yet accepted — can be withdrawn or declined directly from your dashboard at any time, with no charge.

Your Three Options

Option 1: Accept Offer

  1. Review the offer details
  2. Optional: Deselect specific platforms or curator channels if you don't want all
  3. Click "Accept"
  4. You are charged immediately (combined total of platforms + curator channels)
  5. Both parties receive email confirmation
  6. Influencer/curator can begin creating content

Option 2: Send Counter-Offer

If you like an influencer but want different terms:

  1. Click "Counter-Offer"
  2. Adjust the platform amounts to your preferred prices
  3. Add a message explaining your counter-offer
  4. Payment authorization hold created (not charged yet)
  5. Influencer receives email with new amounts

Note on curator channels: Counter-offers are not available for pure curator proposals. For hybrid proposals (social platforms + curator channels), you can counter-offer on the social media amounts, but curator channel prices remain fixed.

If influencer accepts your counter-offer:

  • Payment hold is captured (you're charged)
  • Work begins

If influencer declines:

  • Payment hold is released (no charge)
  • You can send a new counter-offer or move on

Option 3: Decline Offer

If it's not the right fit:

  1. Click "Decline"
  2. The influencer will be notified
  3. No payment processed
  4. They can apply to your future campaigns

Managing Book Now Offers

When you send a Book Now offer:

  1. Payment authorization hold is created
  2. Influencer receives email notification
  3. They can Accept or Decline

If you need to cancel before they respond:

  • Cancel from your dashboard
  • Payment hold is released immediately
  • You're not charged

Once accepted: Work begins and payment hold is captured

Managing Active Bookings

The 14-Day Posting Deadline

Influencers have 14 days from acceptance to post your content.

  • After 14 days without a post, a "Get a refund" button appears
  • Click it for an instant refund — no waiting, no questions asked
  • This protects you from influencers who don't deliver

When Will Influencers Post?

Influencers typically post quickly—often the same day or within a few days of accepting your booking. While they have the full 14-day window, most are eager to deliver promptly.

How Long Do Posts Stay Up?

Posts must remain live for a minimum of two weeks. In practice, most influencers leave promotional content up permanently, giving your music extended exposure beyond the initial campaign period.

Tracking Progress

Your dashboard shows:

  • Current status of each booking (Accepted, In Progress, Final Review)
  • Submission progress per platform
  • 48-hour review timer when work is submitted
  • Refund availability countdown (after 7 days, shows days until refund is available)

Communicating with Influencers

  • Use the built-in messaging system in each offer
  • Be clear about your expectations upfront
  • Respond to questions promptly

Handling Issues

If something isn't right:

  • Discuss concerns with the influencer first
  • Request revisions during the review period
  • Contact hello@spaceloud.com for help with disputes
